Your address, email and mobile phone number can all be easily updated from your app:
> Tap into the menu (Top right of the home screen) > Settings > Select the option you wish to update > Enter your password to confirm changes
If you need to update your name, please get in touch with our customer service team and provide us with a whichever of the following documents is relevant to your situation:
- A passport issued in the new name
- A driving license issued in the new name
- A deed poll
- A marriage certificate
All you need to do is send us a photo of the document by email to help@starlingbank.com, making sure that you send this from the e-mail linked with your Starling account, and our team will take it from there.
