As a Starling customer, you can connect your Starling account and share your Starling data with third party applications, including those within the Marketplace.
We are obliged under the European Payment Services Directive 2 regulations to ask customers to renew this data sharing consent with connected third party services every 90 days - as are all banks.
This 90 day rule applies to all third party services that you choose to share your data with including both Marketplace partners such as FreeAgent and Flux, as well as external integrations like Emma, Yolt and MoneyBox.
When the 90 day period is coming to an end, we will send you a series of push notifications to remind you that you need to re-consent to share your data. Clicking the notification will take you to the connected services page where you can choose to keep sharing data or stop sharing data with your connected services.
If any of your services are disconnected, either by yourself or after the 90 days, you will need to add the partner service from the Marketplace (in the case of Marketplace partners), or in the case of external offerings like Emma and Yolt, you will need to go to their app for those applications.
