Yes, you can display your Starling account IBAN and BIC codes on your invoices, so that your international customers can pay directly into your Starling GBP business account. To do this, go to ‘Invoice Settings’ in Online Banking and toggle on ‘Show international payment details’.
Currently, we can only accept GBP or EUR payments into Starling GBP business accounts, so please ensure your customers send payments in either GBP or EUR - this is also specified on the invoice. If we receive a EUR payment for your GBP account, we’ll convert the euros into pounds using the real exchange rate and add a 2% fee on top.
