Yes. This feature uses the same secure technology to make a payment as through the ‘Payments’ section of Online Banking. We’ll send a push notification to your mobile and you’ll have to review and confirm the payment details in the Starling app on your mobile.
If you’ve not paid this account before, you’ll also have to review and confirm in the Starling app that you want to add this account to your list of payees. You should only ever upload and pay a bill if you’re confident that it’s legitimate, has come from your supplier and hasn’t been tampered with. If you’re not sure, please contact the intended payee via a trusted channel.
