Unlike with your Starling mobile app, for the time being you can’t switch between your Starling personal, joint, sole trader and business accounts in Online Banking. This means that if you’re logged into your Starling personal account in Online Banking, you will have to log out and then log in again using your business, sole trader or joint account details to access those accounts. However, you can access your EUR currency account through the switcher in Online Banking - so if you are logged into your GBP personal account, then you can access your EUR personal account via the switcher.
For now, in Online Banking you cannot:

make international payments

access or edit your subscriptions

set up or manage overdrafts and loans

add new Marketplace integrations

contact customer services directly

edit personal details
You can of course do these things using the Starling mobile app, and we’re working hard to add features to Online Banking.
