The transaction feed from Starling to Xero should only need to be set up once. However, there may be times when the transaction feed isn’t working as you expect. Here are some of the most common reasons:
- Every 90 days you must confirm that you wish to continue sharing data with third parties connected to your account. We try our best to remind you of this date so you can renew data sharing, but if you miss it, the connection will be suspended and you’ll have to reconnect. You can find out more about the re-authentication process here.
- The integration will only support settled transactions so recent transactions which are subject to change may not immediately be reflected in Xero.
- The integration may also have been disconnected by a change in your Xero account. For example, your Xero subscription may have ended.
If, for whatever reason, your Xero integration stops working, we recommend that you attempt to reconnect by following the steps here.
