All approved Starling business accounts can connect to FreeAgent. There may be some reasons that your FreeAgent account is ineligible to be connected with Starling, for example your subscription may be owned and operated by your accountant and you don’t have the right permissions to connect. Therefore it may be worth checking with FreeAgent that you are able to connect a bank feed.
