If your iZettle integration gets disconnected, we won’t be able to retrieve your iZettle data to update your Bookkeeping. However, when you reconnect, we’ll go back and create the relevant ‘External transactions’ up to the date your iZettle integration was disconnected. This will happen at midnight on the day you manage to reconnect your integration.
If you’ve had any payouts or cashback payouts during the disconnected period, we’ll re-categorise them. Payouts will become ‘Transfers’ and cashbackpayouts will become ‘Admin’, but only at the point of your next corresponding Payout – just to avoid any double counting.
