In order for us to raise your daily payment limit, please get in contact with customer support and provide the following information:
- The name of the payee
- The payment amount
- The date you want to make the payment
- The reason for the payment
You will also need to ensure that the payee is set-up on your account and that you have sufficient funds available to cover the payment. In order for your limit to be raised on the same working day, you will need to do this before 5pm. Any requests received after this time will be processed the following working day. Please note that in some circumstances you may be asked to provide some further information and/or evidence regarding your payment. Examples of where we might ask for further information include: Property Purchase: Completion Statement, Lease Agreement Stock Purchase/Supplier Payment: Invoice Loan/Repayment of Loan/Directors Loan: Loan Agreement, Loan facility Agreement
