There may be a number of reasons why you haven’t heard from us regarding your Business Banking Switch or received your payment. In order to fully complete the process you must make sure you have completed all of the steps outlined below. You must also make sure that your account at NatWest/RBS is fully closed with no overdrawn balances. It can then take as much as seven days for your payment to take place.
- Registered on the NatWest Business Banking Switch website or RBS Business Banking Switch website. Click through on Starling Bank’s offer and give consent for us to contact you.
- You’ll then be directed to the Starling Bank website to complete a registration form (you’ll also be sent an email inviting you to complete the form). Complete all your details on the registration page making sure that you click the correct business type (Limited Company or Sole Trader) and input the correct Consent ID (this will be provided to you by NatWest/RBS).
- Download the app and apply for a Starling business account.
- Tell us to make the switch for you in the app.You can check on the progress of your switch by navigating to the main menu in the app (top left of the main account page for iOS and top right for Android) and selecting switch to starling.
