The cut-off time for deposits via the app is 3pm on any working day.
Cheques deposited before 3pm on a working day will be available by 11:59pm the next working day, provided the cheque hasn’t bounced.
Please note that cheque processing doesn’t take place on weekends or bank holidays.
It normally takes two working days after the cheque has been deposited for the money to show up in your account (please note, if you have sent your cheque via post it will take two working days from the point we receive the cheque). If you’ve deposited the cheque via the app please hold on to the physical cheque until you’re sure the money has cleared (we’ll send you a push notification when that happens).
